This free 15-minute discovery call is an opportunity for us to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels right.
To make the most of our time, please come with an idea of the main areas you would like support with, any questions that haven't been answered on the website, and your general availability for ongoing sessions.
There is no obligation to book further sessions following the call

Before we begin working together, you may find it helpful to look at my current availability below and see whether there is a regular weekly time that could work for you.
Once we have decided to work together book your place here to secure it too.
The appointment you choose would become your regular one-hour therapy slot, reserved for you each week. I usually suggest an initial commitment of 12 sessions.

If you need to cancel a discovery call please give me 24 hours notice.
I understand that life happens and occasionally a session may need to be missed or a holiday taken. If more than three sessions are missed, we will review whether I can continue to reserve that particular weekly time for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee.

My current availability is limited, so I apologise if the times shown don't offer as much choice as you need. Do look a month ahead too as some clients may also be due to finish too. If you can't find a suitable appointment, you are very welcome to join my waiting list, by emailing me at : katharine@katvisiontherapy.com

Fees

Individual Therapy — £75- £60
60-minute session, online or in person.
Extended EMDR Session — £85
90-minute session. When additional time would be helpful for processing and grounding we can discuss this and sessions could take up to two hours.
Concessionary Rate — £45
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee places for students and those experiencing financial difficulty. These are agreed on a case-by-case basis following a conversation about individual circumstances. My concessionary places are currently fully allocated, but you ie welcome to enquire about future availability.
